We will be packing 14 Coffee Vending Machines in the next few days, destination Austrialia.

R West and Son have just completed a large packing order for a local company. Packing 4 large 10 ton machines to be air freighted to China.

1st of 4 Machine cases

A 20 ton crane was required to load the cases onto the awaiting lorries.

3 Lorries were used to transport the consigment to Heathrow Airport.

All the packing cases were constructed using ISPM15 compliant, heat treated timber.

Shredded paper is used for void infill, to stop goods moving inside packing case.

You’ve Made Your Bed Now Lie in it !

A gentleman from Florida, after moving over from the UK was struggling to find a decent mattress in the States. He found exactly what he was looking for in Plymouth at http://www.britishbedsworldwide.com

R. West and Son packed this mattress in a timber packing case with a waterproofed lid, shipped the consignment into Orlando Airport, USA.

We have just packed 4, 8 ton Lapping Machines, due to be Air Freighted to China in the next few days.

Packing cases measure 3700 x 2800 x 2400 high.

Four of these machines were sent in the same consignment, along side a lot of ancillery equipment and spares.

With over 40 tons of Machinery to Air Freighted, R West and Son, packing services constructed the packing cases to a high specification, allowing for double stacking to save room.

R. West and Son, have been instructed to pack some electronic welding equipment.

ELECTRONIC WELDING EQUIPM

Plywood packing cases were constructed and all equipment boxed and wrapped prior to packing.

Blue lining material was used to stop any water ingress, with a waterproof lined lid constructed as well.

Sophie, who is a bronze resin sculpture, has been purchased by an Australian   family, whilst on holiday in the UK.

R. West and Son, were asked to handle the packing and shipping, to insure she reached her final destination safely…. A garden on the outskirts of Sydney.

Timber supports and shreaded paper infill are used, to insure the quality packing process is complete.

We packed a 3 ton Machine for a destination in India a few weeks ago.

A Large packing case was constructed, using Heat treated timber. Packing was done onsite,  a crane was required to lift the finished packing case. A pallet base was used to help with moving the load, its destination, the Philippines.
